Alexandra Maria Lara is a Romanian-German film and television actress most well-known for her roles in films such as Downfall Youth Without Youth Control and Rush. Alexandra was the only child of Romanian actor Valentin Platareu. at the age of sixteen, she had secured a number of TV roles for instance, the lead in Downfall Youth Without Youth Control. In the Oscar nominated film Downfall her character as Adolf Hitler's Secretary Traudljunge was also a critically-acclaimed one.
